APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

McKibbon Hotel Management, Inc. will recruit internally and externally to identify the most qualified candidate for the job. To be considered for job openings, candidates must submit the Internal Resume Request Position Form and a current resume. Be sure to copy your General Manager and VP of Operations when requesting to post for a management position.

  1. Click on Internal Resume Request Position Form. Complete Form then hit “Back” button or “File” then “Save As” and save completed document
    to Desktop
  2. On Desktop Open your saved Internal Resume Request Position Form and hit ‘File”,
    “Send To”, “Mail Recipient (As Attachment)”
    An Email Screen will appear. In the “To” field enter careers@mckibbonhotels.com
  3. To include other attachments: i.e. resume - Press the paperclip icon or “Insert File”
    Be sure to include your contact information i.e. Name, Property Location and Phone Number
  4. Once all documents are attached and message complete hit “Send”

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

General Manager: Must have a minimum of three years hotel management experience displaying strong operational background with progression through all departments. Must be a goal setter and results driven and display exceptional leadership skills.

Assistant General and Operations Manager: Candidates must be able to display excellent leadership skills to inspire team to deliver guest service. Must be well organized, a mentor and a teacher for associates. 2-3 years supervisory/management experience in the hospitality industry.

Sales Manager: Candidates must have 2-3 years progressive sales experience; possess creative skills to develop materials, and leads. Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
