Be sure to copy your General Manager and Director of Operations when requesting to post for a management position.

to Desktop - On Desktop Open your saved Internal Resume Request Position Form and hit ‘File”,

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
General Manager: Must have a minimum of three years hotel management experience displaying strong operational background with progression through all departments. Must be a goal setter and results driven and display exceptional leadership skills.
Assistant General and Operations Manager: Candidates must be able to display excellent leadership skills to inspire team to deliver guest service. Must be well organized, a mentor and a teacher for associates. 2-3 years supervisory/management experience in the hospitality industry.
Sales Manager: Candidates must have 2-3 years progressive sales experience; possess creative skills to develop materials, and leads. Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
